Our Learning & Development unit focuses heavily on development of human performance through continued quest for knowledge. As learning is a process, to be able to continuously develop and grow, one needs to continue to acquire new knowledge. Acquisition of knowledge in itself is the first step but one needs to start using it and practice it after acquiring them in order for it to become a skill. This equates to competency and eventually mastery of the subject.
